Chichaile(Hayansool 3) Draft Makgeolli Powder is a premium alchoholic beverage making powder processed by only rice and Korean Ehwagok rice malt.

It is a ground breaking self-brewing type product that contains 147g of powder in a 750ml plastic bottle. Simply pour water, shake, and ferment to produce premium raw Makgeolli rich in lactic acid bacteria immediately after 3 days.

  • Brewing Order

1. Open the product cap and pour 600ml of bottled water.

2. Shake and mix for about 30 seconds to evenly dissolve the powder.

3. Ferment at room temperature for about 24 hours.

4. If stored in the refrigerator, it can be consumed after 48 hours.

5. Initially, the sweetness is noticeable, and after 5 days, the taste gradually becomes dry.

6. After 10 days, a well-balanced taste of body and flavor is created.

7. The taste is maintained for 40 days and the alcohol content rises to 12 degrees.

8. You can customize the taste by adding about 1/3 of various fruit juices (400ml water, 200ml fruit juice) according to your personal preference.

9. Since strong carbonation is produced, when opening the cap, be careful to release carbonic acid little by little.

Chichaile(Hayansool 3) Draft Makgeolli powder turns into a pure and naturally fermented premium fresh Korean Makgeolli by simply pouring water into the bottle.

It only contains contains natural rice, rice malt. No artificial sweeteners, preservatives or colorings are contained.

- 酿造顺序

1. 打开瓶盖,倒入600ml纯净水。

2. 摇晃30秒左右,使粉末充分溶解均匀。

3. 常温下发酵约24小时。

4. 再冷藏,48小时后即可饮用。

5. 初始时呈现出甜味,5天后甜味逐渐减淡。

6. 10天后,呈现出平衡的口感和香气。

7. 口感保持约40天,酒精度升至约12度。

8. 可根据个人喜好,可添加约1/3的各种果汁(水400ml,果汁200ml)来定制口味。

9. 由于产生的碳酸气体较强,打开瓶盖时要小心排出少量的碳酸气体。
